If you have a sound file you can make a video fairly easily - here is a pretty comprehensive tutorial, but let me know if you have any questions. If you don't want to watch the whole thing, the long and short of it is that if you have a picture [I would suggest using one of the music, take a screenshot using the snipping tool] and audio, simply open the image with Windows Photo Viewer [which is the default app], find the three dots towards the top, click them, and select "edit more" and then "Create a video with music". Once that opens, hit "duration" (the clock button) and make it the length of the tune you're adding. Then, find "custom audio" in the top right corner, click add audio file, and navigate to where your sound file is. Click done, "Finish Video" then name and export it. Then just go to YouTube, click the video camera with the plus sign in the top right corner, upload video, and then navigate to your video file. Once it's uploaded, just share the link with us.
