The Court - well, some of it - wants us to believe that if a right isn't specifically spelled out in the Constitution, you don't have it if your state legislature or Congress doesn't say you do.

So rights have to be listed. Like crimes are now.

(Sarcasm alert.) That's what freedom is all about!
