We've got a new team in as the person who used to do it has health issues and has had to step down. We had a new team who have taken over and have experience at other festivals and got a lot of organisation done very quickly, but only had limited time to sort things - I also know that some stewards didn't show. I'm sure with this year's experience it will be sorted for 23. The comments on the feedback forms will be carefully read and notice taken. If you want to PM me any particular issues I'll raise them when we have the "wash up" meeting.
