The captivating vocal quartet, Windborne, returns to FSGW for an in-person workshop and concert at the Church of the Ascension in Silver Spring on Saturday, September 24. Known for innovative arrangements, their harmonies are bold and anything but predictable. On the afternoon of the concert, learn how Windborne creates their stunning harmonies and unusual arrangements in a hands-on workshop. Windborne will teach traditional songs, songs of protest and freedom from their albums Of Hard Times & Harmony and Song on the Times, and folksongs from other cultures collected on their travels. All the songs and harmonies will be taught by ear. Open to all ages.

Proof of vaccination and masks required for this concert and workshop.
