there is another way standards could be improved how about some of the singers clubs, booking guests more often, and on guest nights restricting the amount of floorsingers. another alternative would be for semi pro and pro singers turning up to do floor spots in guest booking clubs , and organisers giving them floor spots, rather than organisers giving spots to inferior performers because they are regular performers and refusing higher standard performers who are capable of and do bookings. believe it or not this happens.
