my point Gnome is that everyone has to take responsibilty for their actions that includes Gnomes[ who steal] Diana, Papparazi, People that think they are above the law and do not wear seat belts and intoxicated drivers they are all at fault[ in this situation] to some extent. that is what the jury decided too if you go in to Morrisons and break the law, it is your fault , that is why we have juries who are not influenced by knowing the person concerned.
