What an awful shock though not unexpected given his poor health. Les was an inspiration; definitely a comic genius but so much more. His serious poems too, sometimes hard-hitting, sometimes unbelievably tender will also stand the test of time. Thank you Les, I shalll miss you. Be peaceful Pelagie
