I don't smoke meat, but I make pulled pork by putting pork butt (a/k/a pork shoulder) in a slow cooker or slow oven along with bbq sauce. When it comes to actual bbq places with the big wood-fired ovens, ribs, whether beef or pork, share pride of place with pulled pork. ========== The Kansas City Star says the Chiefs are selling some tickets to the Superbowl along with some tailgate fare for over $5000. Me, I don't like BBQ THAT much. Superbowl tickets out on the open market are over $9,000 but I don't know if anybody's buying.
