Not a lot of info out there on this song. The only recording out there is by the Georgia Yellow Hammers, who credited the song to Charles E. Moody, the group's banjo player, among other responsibilities. It seems to be their own composition. Below is my transcription of the lyrics. Listen for yourself here.
