Folk in Hull's next concert (Hull, Yorkshire, UK) is on Saturday 22nd April, 12 till 5 at St Mary's Church, Lowgate, a few yards down from the Minster where we held our last few concerts while the Maritime Museum is being refurbished. Programme includes: Hull Chanty Crew Fiddler's Elbow May Geslings Ralph & Helene Marks The Smugglers Corona Smith Paul & Liz Davenport Lloyd Dobbs Folklincs Maggie Graham Ellie Pollard Spare Hands Free entry (Bucket collection in aid of Hull Folk Festival and the church) First time we've tried this venue. It's quite a lot smaller than the Minster but still can take a couple of hundred audience, so we are going acoustic for this one.
