To be honest, I’m hugely grateful that my water problem is a furnace peripheral and not seepage of ground water. A new condensate pump will run me a coupla hundred bucks plus a service call, maybe two. Correcting drainage problems causing a wet basement? Thousands — no, tens of thousands. On a good day. Primroses are blooming in my garden today. I feel better already.
