The way Peloponnese has been cut off in the title made me smile too. There was a Steptoe episode in which Harold fancied being an actor but Albert was, as usual, embarrassing him. One of the faux pas was mispronouncing polo ponies as polLOPonies. I keep wanting to say pello pony :-)
