The Little Rosewood Casket is a song written in 1872 by Charles A. White and Louse Goullaud but the well known words were from 1924 by Robert Collins the first to record it was by Vernan Dalhart in 1960 a much remembered song had the same tune called Wishful Thinking, it was written by Wynn Stuart who first recorded by him in 1960 others words have been writtein but not succesful
