You don't have to be either a morning or night person. There are tines when I sleep in shifts - a couple of hours asleep in an armchair, mid evening, then wake up and watch TV until gone midnight. Wake up next morning, ready to start the day. Other times I might read for an hour around 4 a.m. then go back to sleep until 8:30. Then again, there are times when I stay awake through to bed time then sleep right through until morning. I used to think I was a morning person but I am, in fact, a morning on my own person. My wife normally sleeps in late when possible. Nothing is more annoying than her getting up early and disturbing my routine. If I know that she has to get up early, I will get up an hour before, to have the time on my own. It doesn't really matter what time is says on the clock. Getting up is getting up. I like Spring and Autumn equally and look forward to the arrival of each with anticipation. DC
