For winter, what about PEA soup, like grandma made. Ham, lentils, veg and I don't know what. It STINKS while it's cooking, but it tastes amazing, and it keeps you warm. That's where the phrase 'It's a real pea-souper' (to describe thick fog) comes from. For years, when we were kids, my friend thought it was called PEACE soup, 'cos her nan told her that they ate it during the war!!!!

Kim, how d'ya make peanut soup. Does such a thing exist? I'm intrigued....
