Sitting here in safe, comfortable Canada, I do not feel qualified to judge any decision the Ukrainian government might make at this time. They are doing their utmost in a terrible situation, and if anyone understands the long-term legacy of total war it’s the Ukrainian people. Ugly bickering has been deleted.
