I've had this little waltz kicking around for sometime. Originally, I called it 'A Drop of Yellow Spot' after one of my favourite Irish whiskeys. Then I realised that the name sounded more like a notifiable disease than a lovely whiskey. So I had the inspired idea of searching for some tasting notes for said spirit and up came the name 'Peaches and Sweet Honey'. Dots available.
