The chorus that I joined has had the summer off,
and will resume in about two weeks.

Last year we performed the Brahms Requiem in June;
next June we are to perform Bruckner's Mass no. 3 in F minor,
which is another big long heavy piece.
Although it is supposed to be easier than Brahms for the chorus to sing.

I've just been listening to the
"Benedictus" movement from the Bruckner Mass;
it is slow and gorgeous.
