Ah yes, the hip-pocket nerve!

I'm thinking that the restrictions placed on him communicating in the time before and during all of the trials is probably the most effective way to take him out of the running for the election. He's in a damned-if-you-do talk, and damned-if-you-don't situation because he can't sway voters with his BS. So the trials themselves could go either way, but the time leading up to and during the trials could be the crucial turning point. Possibly a glimmer of hope there??!!
