I'd like to submit the lyrics for a folk song I heard when I was very young. Once my MIDI connection with keyboard/computer is working, I can send the tune as well . . . the topic is very similar to a song currently in your database named Intoxicated Rat, although the scansion is completly different.

Oh, the pop (alt. beer) was spilled on the barroom floor
And the bar was closed for the night
A little brown mouse came out of his house
And sat in the still moonlight.
