I don't see the Denver Folklore Center in this list. My friend Harry Tuft opened the DFC in 1962. He patterned it after the Folklore Center in New York created by Izzy Young. The DFC is still going strong but Harry has left Saul Rosenthal to hold the reins. Harry is following his first love of folk music which is performing and he's enjoying much more of that these days. |
