Hello, it is Sergi Turiella. I am Cathalan, so I wonder about this folk song because is related to the Presó de Lleida, a Cathalan one. After 1714 we lost our freedom, and people sing this sad song about priisoners. Also in Lleida used to put down wood through the rivers by taft.
