A lot of those players are still reading it from the books having not managed to memorize it in nearly 40 years. That may be a sign of the way they were taught. Sort of. It's a sign of how the organization has failed to meet its original objectives. If you visit Edinburgh, PM me and you can see for yourself what's gone wrong. They aren't the only one, but it didn't need to happen.
