Thanks for these lyrics, I'd been looking for them for a long time too.

Small correction from a Londoner (me): What Olga Pulloffski says when she's condemned to be shot is not "Good show" - which doesn't fit with the rhyme scheme - but "Gertcha!", a Cockney exclamation of disbelief and/or distaste (see https://en.wiktionary.org/wiki/gertcha). This reveals that she is indeed not Russian or French, but from the East End of London. Olga is unlikely to be her real name.
