One of the reasons for taking CoQ10 is if you are taking statins, because there is something they deplete or effect. I wasn't taking it when I was on statins (it wouldn't have helped) - and now since I'm off of them I'm not worried about it. Your variety of cheeses sounds nice, Dorothy! Today was drizzly and cool, finally feeling seasonal.
