Hmm. I'd say that Nora almost made a silk purse out of a sow's ear there. All she has to do now is call in the piano tuner. ;-) To get quasi-philosophical about all this, I suppose we should concede that Christmas wouldn't be Christmas were it not for its own particular breed of terrible music. And no-one has yet to tell me why a "little" Christmas. Perhaps "little" was the only word the songwriter could think of to make that line fit his tune. :-)
