The sun is shining brightly today in Perth County, Ontario, with a forecast high of minus 7 Celsius and a wind-chill warning explained by the tossing trees. A warming trend is supposed to begin tomorrow, accompanied (as usual) by snow every day for a week. We're having a normal lake-effect winter. How do you freeze your face, even on a bike, at 51 Fahrenheit?
