We think the publicity did it, we work hard at getting the word out locally. What I so often hear is that someone attends a concert, likes what they see and hear, and then joins the group.
It's only too true about contagious illness and choral singing. A lot of us are taking our chances doing this. Especially now the rehearsal room is getting so crowded.
