" That is entirely different ... " Care to elaborate? I would have thought it exactly the same ..... Personally, I have no problem with people expressing their excitement, enthusiasm, and joy with the odd whoop. When I'm playing music and I hear a whoop, I feel pleased that I'm inspiring such apparently-uncontainable glee. I don't really expect people to sit in stunned silence, transfixed by my display of virtuosity, if not genius. YMMV.
