Conchy Calenda pedantry: Australia Day = U.S. Columbus Day. The Thanksgiving holiday, albeit equally distasteful to the “The Left,” is a different Day. Both the latter are myopic revisions of fundamentally flawed histories. Australia Day is historically correct for usual dead male names and dates, pop-quiz academics.
