Thanks to Orpheus Caledonius, Vol II. 1733, some of the typos in the above broadsheet have been cleared up:

   When Gilderoy went to the Glen,
   He Always choos'd the Fat;
   And in these Days there were not ten,
   With him durst bell the Cat.

Whoever typeset the version above must have had a few too many Usquebahs (inexplicably Iscobee above).
