We are now in the FAFO phase of Spring, with snow on the ground again and more in the forecast. A week ago, the temperature was up to 18°C under sunny skies. Oh, well; that’s Ontario. The daffodils like it, apparently.

My weight has been stable under 60 Kg for a while now, with body-fat percentage declining very slowly. I haven’t been this size since about Grade 10. It’s infinitely easier to get dressed when everything in the closet fits or is just a bit big.

I’m still waiting on Tony (carpenter) and Marco (painter) to come back with dates for the next phase of their respective projects. People are starting to ask when my house will go up for sale. I’m beginning to get tense.
