Posted on Ginny Hawker's Facebook page this morning: Tracy Schwarz, 86, passed away peacefully early this morning here in Elkins, WV from dementia-related complications. His wife, Ginny Hawker, daughter, Sallyann Schwarz Koontz, and son, Peter Schwarz were all here with him this week to hold him and soothe his final hours. We welcome stories, photos, music and comments from all his friends, to be submitted at the below link.
