For those who sell out for money know they are guilty of racketeering but if the boss owns law enforcement or a new law like Citizens United that allows dark big money to pay their players to cheat they feel fairly secure in racketeering. It is a lucrative sickness that is hard to cure.

The biggest lobby in DC is the pharmaceutical lobby. That means they probably bribe the most Congressmen. None of this makes for efficiency in government but pay to play has deep roots that Trump can advance with Billionaires united.
