Charley Noble BS: Facebook Prison Updates (36) ADD: Facebook Jail House Blues (Ipcar) 24 May 25

Here's a brief update and a protest song.

I tried logging into Facebook as a new member under a variation of my name and Facebook is now trying to verify my existent under appeal.

Here's the song:

By Charlie Ipcar, 5/24/2025
Tune: after traditional "Winnsboro Cotton Mill Blues"

THE FACEBOOK JAIL HOUSE BLUES
(Charlie Ipcar)

I booted up my MAC 'bout half past eight;
Logged into Facebook, I was feelin' great;
Then I saw a little box with a message that read,
"Your account's been suspended!"; that's all she said!

Chorus:

I've got the blues,
I'm got the blues,
I'm got the Facebook Jail House Blues
Oh Lordy, Lordy, posting's hard;
You know and I know, we don't have to tell
You work for Mark Zuckerberg, you work like hell;
I got the blues, I got the blues;
I got the Facebook Jail House Blues.

What drew their attention I'll never fanthom;
All I post are songs and nautical albums;
You can't appeal to a person no matter what;
Though you can wait for an hour to chat with a 'Bot. (CHO)

Now when I die, don't bury me at all,
Just download my profile to the Jail House wall;
Print my image in a blazing hue;
"Farewell, good friends, farewell to you!" (CHO)

Cheerily,
Charlie Ipcar, aka Charley Noble
