A war on multiple fronts is likely to result in great destruction but is unlikely to produce a final victory. There is a Trump war on; the safety net of SS and Medicare, the universities, foreign students, curriculum, big law firms, public health/science, and disaster response. The war on immigrants has been long-standing, but now relies on bogus emergency war powers. A sixth war might include a war against individuals Trump despises. Number seven is certainly his trade war, marked by financial weapons of insane tariffs. The war on the rule of law and judges is waged by several assassinations on Judges' doorsteps. Trump isn't a reader but the war on books continues. Did I mention the war against government workers?
