But I'm not trying to prove or disprove anything, Helen. The question was about interest in the US and, judging by the lack of respise from there, I believe that has been answered. First, you want the thread to die, then you want to help a case that has not been made. Why would I want to ignore you? Your logical gymnastics ard a source of great amusement :-D
