Does the noise and traffic make the old neighborhood less desirable or merely something to be tolerated? How does convenience and walkability fit into your house viewing? Bus routes for when you don't want to or can't drive? Services, shopping, etc. Roof inspector comes tomorrow morning, so I'll do a bit of tidying around the house outside in case photos go in the permanent record.
