As this current government has shown, trying to get the richest to pay more than a reasonable percentage just gets them to move themselves, their money, and their businesses elsewhere. Which makes the country poorer.

Has it Nigel? I cannot find any reference to anyone moving their money or business out of the country for any other reason than Brexit in recent times. If there has been a mass exudus because of Labour's taxation policies I have not spotted it in the news.
