if the turnip isn't in making the 250th anniversary of the declaration of Independence an 'all about me' event, then if American's really give a proverbial about their heritage they must commemorate 2029 as the landmark year as the 254th anniversary of the signing of the Declaration of Independence. Alternatively shred the 1776 declaration and replace it with a 1779 one so 2029 becomes the 250th anniversary.
