As far as I know, Keep it Clean was a popular nonsense ragtime blues song a hundred years back, with various random lyrics laced with sexual innuendos. Trying to make sense of such indeterminate lyrics would be fruitless (red, pink or purple); just enjoy the exuberance of the tune tune and rhythm.
