Duke's "Sandy Hollow Line" was set to "Dunlaven Green" by John Dengate. It's probably the most miserable and dreary tune I've ever come across but it suits the song very well.

Duke's daughter Linda McLean wrote about her childhood & life at Sandy Hollow in "Pumpkin Pie and Faded Sandshoes". A couple of years ago we came across an article about the building of the Sandy Hollow Line which included a photos of workers, one who looks very like Duke.
