I just purchased a large book collection. In one of the books is an original copy of a son of a beach or Tony the fish peddler. It was an in an envelope from an author named Ruth Green to a person named Jesse L Ralph and it says keep very valuable on the envelope. I just googled it and this thread popped up. I don’t know much about this. There appears to be a few other poems typed out on paper. The collector that I purchased these books from passed away and he was just short of 97 years old and had been collecting for 75 years.
