me, too! I give when I want to, & ignore the plastic smiles & 'friendly' greetings of chuggers (lovely hat! I like your purple outfit ...) Strangers admiring my colour choice are a different matter, we have a little chat. I also avoid people with petitions - even if I support the cause, I'm not giving someone on the street my address. sandra
