Hee hee. Not to throw cold water on this amusing analogy, but the little egg has no independent means of going anywhere. It must depend on the wavelike contractions of the Fallopian tube to get it to its destination; otherwise, it just sits there looking pathetic. I don't know how fast the little wigglers are, though. I'll see if I can find out for you. Hey, surely there's a song parody on this subject, somewhere?
