I asked about the songbook on Kate's site last october - this is what her mum said: Dear Eric Thanks for the email - Kate's song book has been a bit delayed (it's been a hectic year!) but, fingers crossed, we are hoping to have it ready by the end of November. We will put your e-address on the mailing list, and let you know when it is ready. Best wishes Ann Rusby Unfortunately nothing received yet.
