John Henry was a real man and he wooped the steam drill. There are folks alive today who claim to be decendants of eye witnesses to the actual event. Not so sure about if he actually died of a broken heart though. There is quite a large John Henry site which I'm sure I cannot tell you how to find other than a search. Luke
