I can not believe what I just did. I've been listening to John Brown's March by Dwight Diller off his CD but I have never attempted to play the tune. Then this morning I sat down and without the CD, I played the entire tune without having any struggle to find the right notes. It was just there. Went right from my head onto the strings. I could not believe my ears. This is a major leap for me. I am still feeling quite overwhelmed and stunned that I could do that. Can any of you remember the first time you were able to play something by ear never having played it before? Little Neo
