Please rest assured that my referring to Jeb as "Jed" was purely a typo. As a native Floridian I actually do know his name. I just don't type worth a shit. And I'm going too blind to proofread worth a shit anymore.

Anyway, I just learned this morning that the oil leases in question are, in fact, not off the coast of Florida, but further to the West. However, the western boundary is only thirty miles from Perdido Key, the westernmost coastal town in Florida. So, you can bet the Feds are going to say the whole issue is only of concern to Floridians if the wind is blowing from the wrong direction! Hell I might have to go to Panama City Beach someday and help remove crude oil from (female) Spring-Breakers. If this gets serious and Guvnah Jeb sticks to his guns, I might actually learn to like the guy.
