Well, on a more Holmes-fan note: My own favorite pastiche is The Whitechapel Horrors by Edward Hanna. I'm sure you can deduce the crimes involved. Wonderful, with great footnotes concerning both Holmes and the events in London during the autumn of 1888. Good "Conan Doyle style," too. Anyway, excellent light (hah!) reading.
